The pavilion of the Abu Dhabi Police, represented by the Selection and Recruitment Department at the Fujairah Career Fair attracted a large turnout of UAE nationals of secondary and scientific certificates holders who are seeking employment opportunities.
Brigadier Obeid Salem Obeid Al Ketbi, Director General of Human Resources, stressed that the Abu Dhabi Police’s participation in the Fair contributes to enhancing the Emiratization plan, and creating new job opportunities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. “The Ministry of Interior dedicates a great deal of attention to attracting UAE nationals and provide career opportunities for citizens seeking jobs in the police institution”, he added.
Additionally, Brigadier Al Ketbi indicated that the Abu Dhabi Police’s pavilion received hundreds of employment applications throughout the days of the exhibition. “Job fairs help Emirati youth to to make best use of their skills and qualifications to serve their country, thus contributing in improving police performance, both in the military and civilian fields,” he pointed out.
Towards the end of the exhibition, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Vice-President of the Asian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (AFBF) and the Emirates Bodybuilding Federation (EBBF), presented a participation certificate to the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, in recognition of its active involvement in contributing to the success of the fair.
