(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The 23rd World Energy Congress, which is taking place in Istanbul, between 9 and 13 October has announced Strive Masiyiwa, Group Executive Chairman and Founder, Econet, South Africa as the 150th speaker. Confirmed speakers also include Wang Binghua, Chairman, State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), China and Maximus Johnity Ongkili, Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water, Government of Malaysia, Malaysia.
